When I first heard about low carb/keto/carnivore diets, I was ready to listen. My knee had been bothering me quite a bit. I could barely walk down hill because of the pain. I had already had a meniscectomy in hopes that the pain would diminish. It didn't work. I was getting injections in my knee to deal with the pain at regular intervals; in fact, I was in the process of getting another one when I heard about anti-inflammation diets from Lisa. After talking with her I decided that I had nothing to lose. Without much prep, I dove in head first and began the keto diet. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I pulled all grains, sugars, and processed foods from my shelves. It took me awhile to make the adjustment, but I began to feel the results almost immediately. I think it was about one month after starting that the doctor's office called to say that my shot was ready. I actually told them that I no longer needed it. I felt so much better, and as a bonus I was losing weight without even trying. My husband noticed the change in me and decided to try the diet as well. He lost weight as well, and got rid of morning back pain which he had suffered from for years. It worked great for both of us. This is now our lifestyle; we will never go back to eating the way we used to eat. I cannot thank Lisa enough for the life she has put back into our years. Alison H.

Lisa literally changed my life! The more I listened and read, the more it made sense.
